Currently our lead time on new sail orders are quite extended. Any multiple
sail order lead times incur a further increase. We would please ask that
all customers check with us before ordering their sails for estimated dispatch
dates.
When placing your order, please specify patch and jib luff colour preferred, type of mainsail luff finish required, sail number if required, sail sizes/ratios for custom/non standard sails and any other requirements e.g lightweight jib, so that we can ensure the quickest possible turnaround.
Postage and Shipping
* UK orders are shipped via First Class mail
* International orders are shipped via standard Airmail
Whilst we will make every effort to have your sails to you on time wrapped with suitable packaging, BG Sails & Design can not accept full liability for mis-placed or 3rd party damaged parcels sent via Airmail.
* Should you wish to track and insure your International parcel, please
contact us before placing your order as this service has additional charges. For
multiple sail orders we would recommend this option.
Payment Methods
Customers will be notified approximately 3-4 weeks prior to dispatch of your order. At this time all details will be checked and payment will be required to ensure your order is confirmed for completion and dispatch.
