NEW IOM International One Metre

"SKA" is the new lines plan that has evolved from our "Reggae" design of early 09 after many hours of trial and refinement. With a more balanced rocker profile and careful re-distribution of buoyancy, we feel that SKA will show improved downwind performance over her predecessor. As with our earlier plans, "SKA" is designed to accept most popular makes of fin, bulb and rudder designs currently available.
Our "SKA" lines plan is supplied with both body and plan section drawings, along with a basic positions drawing in an A4 format suitable for the home builder. Body sections are drawn in full size and require any planking thickness used to be deducted.

This 09 design is a development on from our "Karaoke" design being built in Croatia. "Reggae" at a beam of 204mm sports a more streamlined appearance above the waterline along with a little more reserve buoyancy added to the forward sections enabling her to be driven hard off-wind at the top of any rig range. "Reggae" is designed to accept most popular makes of fin, bulb and rudder designs currently available.

New International Marblehead Class

This new design is a development on from our "Boogie/Anarchy" designs. Whilst being a slightly smaller overall design with lower wetted surface, "Jive" retains the raised bow sections of our "Anarchy" design enabling her to be driven hard downwind. "Jive" at a beam of 158mm and a displacement of 4.8kg has been designed for conventional lower rigs with the use of either swing or conventional setup for the A rig. "Jive" is designed to accept most popular makes of fin, bulb and rudder designs currently available.
